Pillarpip is made by Reshvita and is free to play. By playing you agree to these terms. Don't cheat, exploit bugs for profit, or interfere with the game for other players.
Coins and items
Coins, outfits, passes and other in-game items are a limited license to use digital content inside Pillarpip. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and can't be transferred outside the game. Nothing you buy changes the game's difficulty or physics.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the platform you play on (Google Play or Telegram), or on our website by Stripe. Prices on our website are in US dollars; sales tax may be added at checkout where required.
- Website (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay): email us within 14 days if something went wrong or an item didn't arrive, and we'll deliver it or refund your payment to your card. Coins already spent can't be refunded.
- Google Play: refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request one in Google Play, or email us and we'll help.
- Telegram Stars: we handle refunds ourselves. If an item didn't arrive, use /paysupport in the bot or email us, and we'll deliver it or refund your Stars.
- When a purchase is refunded, the one-time items it gave (for example a skin, Founder items or Sky Pass rewards) are removed from your game. Coins already given can't be taken back.
Availability
We may update, change or remove features at any time. Progress is stored on your device and, if you have a Pillarpip account, on our server; we are not responsible for progress lost when device or browser data is cleared without an account. Keep your sign-in (Telegram account or email) safe: anyone who can sign in with it can use your account.
Liability
The game is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the previous 12 months.
