Creator Privacy Notice
Version 3 · November 7, 2026. This notice covers people who join the Pillarpip Creator Program. Players are covered by the game's privacy policy. Players who sign in to the game with email or Google: we collect that email for sign-in only (no marketing, never shown to creators).
Who is responsible
Reshvita, the maker of Pillarpip, is responsible for your information (the "controller"). Contact: fun.pubbul@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: email, creator name, creator code, country you live in, the terms version you accepted and when. Your password and recovery code are stored only as one-way hashes, so we can't read them. We use your account email only to reply to you and to send important notices about your account and the Program (no marketing), once we offer email notices. We keep a record of each notice we send (which notice and when) as proof it was sent.
- Payout and tax: PayPal email, full legal name, whether you're a US person, when you confirmed your tax information, and whether we received a W-9 (or similar form) from you.
- Security and compliance: the country (and region, where available) your connection comes from when you sign up and log in, kept for your last 50 logins. We use it to keep payouts legal under sanctions law and to spot account takeovers.
- Program activity: daily click totals for your link, how many players joined through your code, and each purchase credited to you (item, amount, date, status). You never see who your players are. If we owe you money we can't send, we record the amount and since when it has been payable.
- Abuse limits: your IP address (and the email typed into a login or reset form) is turned into a one-way hash and used only as a short-lived counter to stop spam and password guessing. We don't store the IP address itself.
- Messages you send us by email.
We don't ask for government ID numbers on this site. If US tax law requires a W-9, we will ask you to send it through a secure method, not through this site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To run your account, credit purchases and pay you: to perform our agreement with you.
- Tax reporting, sanctions checks and keeping records: to meet legal obligations.
- Security, fraud prevention and enforcing the terms: our legitimate interests in keeping the Program safe and fair.
We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for automated decisions with legal effects. Payouts and account actions are always reviewed by a person.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database.
- State unclaimed-property offices, only if we owe you money we can't pay and the law requires us to report it: your name, last known email, and the amount.
- PayPal: your PayPal email, name and payout amounts, when we pay you.
- Telegram provides purchase and launch data to us. We don't send your personal information to Telegram.
- Tax authorities (such as the US IRS), and others where the law requires it, for example a valid court order.
- A buyer of Pillarpip, if the game is sold. They would be bound by this notice.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers may process information in the US and other countries. Where EU or UK law applies, these transfers are protected by the safeguards our providers use, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Account information: while you take part. When you leave (or your account or the Program is closed), we keep only what we need to pay you until your Final Payout is sent. Then we delete your creator name, password, recovery code, sessions and login history. We keep your account email, PayPal email, legal name and country for 180 days after your last credited purchase, so we can deal with late refunds and chargebacks, and then delete your account email and PayPal email. If nothing is owed to you, we do all of this straight away when you leave.
- Your legal name, country and tax answers are kept with the payment records (next point) only if we have paid you; otherwise they are deleted with the rest.
- If we owe you money we can't send, we keep the details needed to pay you or report it until it is paid or reported as unclaimed-property law requires, then delete them except the record of the report.
- Records of notices we sent you: until 2 years after your participation ends.
- Deleted information can remain in our database's restore history for up to 30 days before it is gone for good.
- Payment, commission and tax records, including your creator code: 7 years after the year of payment, because tax law requires it.
- Abuse-limit counters: only for their time window (one day at most), then deleted by automatic cleanup.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your request, and no more than 3 years.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in (30 days, or until you log out). There are no tracking or advertising cookies on these pages.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and recovery codes, secure login cookies, rate limits and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and keep your recovery code safe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, to get a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can update most details yourself in your dashboard, and leave the Program there; we then delete your details as described above. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we delete what we can and tell you what we have to keep and why (for example to pay you what you're owed, or for tax law). For anything else, email us from your account email. We reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm it's you. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). If you are a California resident, you have the rights given by the CCPA, and we don't sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined there.
Age
The Creator Program is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how we use your information, we will also tell you in your dashboard (and, once we offer email notices, by email).
