Creator Program Terms
Version 4 · November 7, 2026 (2026-11-07.4). Please read these terms fully. By ticking "I agree" when you sign up, or by using the Program, you accept them.
The short version. It's free. Share your link honestly and say it's an ad. You earn a share of what we earn from real purchases (in Telegram, and on our website by card) by players who came through your link. Each purchase waits 30 days for refunds, then we pay by PayPal once a month after we review it. If you leave, or we close your account or end the Program, we still pay what you validly earned. We give at least 30 days' notice before ending the Program, except in the rare cases listed in section 16. Cheating, spam and fake purchases earn nothing. You handle your own taxes. The full terms below are what count.

1. Who we are and these terms
The Pillarpip Creator Program (the "Program") is run by Reshvita, the maker of the game Pillarpip ("we", "us", "our"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. Together with the Creator privacy notice and the program settings shown in your dashboard (commission rate, attribution period, hold period and minimum payout), they are the whole agreement about the Program. You take part as an independent business or individual creator, not as a consumer buying something from us. The Program is separate from the game's own terms, which still apply when you play.
2. Who can join
You may join only if all of these are true, and you must stay eligible the whole time you take part:
- You are at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement.
- You live in a country where the Program is open: currently the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the 27 member states of the European Union, Australia and Japan. You take part from those countries.
- You are not on, owned or controlled by, or acting for anyone on, any sanctions or restricted-party list (including the US Treasury OFAC lists, and UN, EU and UK lists), and you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
- You have one account only, and you join for yourself, not for someone else.
- We have not previously closed your account for breaking these terms.
We may refuse or close any account at our discretion, for example if we can't confirm eligibility.
3. Your account
- The information you give us (including name, country, PayPal email and tax answers) must be true, complete and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password and recovery code secret. We never send password-reset links or codes by email, so your recovery code is the only way to reset your password yourself. If you lose both, we may help if you can prove the account is yours, but we don't have to, and we are not responsible for earnings you can't access.
- We don't send marketing emails. We use the email you signed up with (your "account email") only to reply to you and for important notices about your account and the Program: changes to these terms, your account being closed, the Program ending, and money we owe you but can't send. Keep it up to date and able to receive mail.
- Your creator code is permanent and can't be changed or transferred. Codes must not be offensive, misleading, or use someone else's name or brand. We may cancel a code that breaks this rule; you may then need a new account.
- You may not sell, share, transfer or let anyone else use your account.
4. How players count for you
- A player counts for you ("your player") when they open Pillarpip through your link and our systems record your code: in Telegram, through Telegram's signed launch data; on our website (pillarpip.pages.dev), on the player's Pillarpip account when they sign in or buy on that device after opening your link. Opening the website without signing in or buying only counts as a click.
- Each player can belong to only one creator: the first creator link recorded for them. That never changes, even if they open other creators' links later. If a player's website account and Telegram account were recorded for different creators, each purchase counts for the creator recorded where it was made.
- A player counts for you for the attribution period in effect at the time of each purchase (12 months at launch), measured from when they first opened your link.
- We rely on what Telegram and our systems record. We can't credit players or purchases that weren't recorded with your code, for example because of a platform outage or a player using another account or device. Our records are final, except for clear errors that we correct under section 6.
5. What you earn
Eligible purchases. You earn commission only on in-game purchases that your players make in Pillarpip during the attribution period, either in Telegram with Telegram Stars, or on our website by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay once those payments are open there (for example coin packs, Pip skins, Sky Pass, Founder King, No Ads, Piggy bank, the 3,000-coin deal and the Starter Pack). Other stores may be added later; until we announce that in your dashboard or on the Program page, they don't count.
How it's calculated. For each eligible purchase: commission = number of Stars paid × the US-dollar value per Star shown in your settings at the time of the purchase × the commission rate in effect at the time of the purchase (30% at launch). The dollar value per Star reflects what we actually receive, after Telegram's share. For website purchases: commission = what we actually receive for the purchase (the price paid, minus card-processing fees and minus any sales tax) × the commission rate in effect at the time of the purchase. Each commission is calculated in US cents and rounded down. The settings in effect when a purchase is recorded always apply to that purchase.
What doesn't earn. No commission is paid for: clicks, views, installs, sign-ups or free play; ads that players watch; purchases on itch.io, other game portals, app stores or any platform other than Telegram and our own website; purchases by players who belong to another creator or who didn't come through your link; purchases after the attribution period; refunded, reversed, disputed or charged-back purchases; purchases by you, your household, or accounts you control or pay for; purchases that come from anything that breaks section 9 or 12; and purchases recorded while your account is on hold, blocked or closed, after you leave, or after the Program's End Date.
No other pay. Commission is the only thing you get from the Program. There is no salary, no fee and no reimbursement of your costs.
6. Holds, refunds and corrections
- Each commission is held for the hold period shown in your dashboard (30 days at launch) before it becomes "ready".
- If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is taken off your next payout(s), including a Final Payout. If there is no payout left to take it from, you agree to repay it when we ask. We only recover paid commission this way for refunds, reversals or chargebacks that happen within 180 days after the purchase. That limit doesn't apply to fraud or abuse under section 12.
- We may extend the hold for up to 180 days on commissions we are reviewing for fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
- If we make a mistake (for example a wrong amount, a duplicate, or a purchase credited to the wrong creator), we may correct it. If we paid you too much, we may deduct the difference from future payouts or ask you to repay it.
7. Payouts
- Once your ready balance reaches the minimum payout shown in your dashboard (US$20 at launch), we normally pay it once a month. The minimum payout doesn't apply to a Final Payout (see section 16). We review every payout before sending it. If we are reviewing your account under section 12, or required checks aren't done, we can pause payouts until they are.
- Before your first payout you must give us a PayPal email and complete the tax information in your dashboard. Payouts go only to a PayPal account in your own name, opened in a country where the Program is open.
- Payouts are in US dollars. We pay the fee PayPal charges us to send. Fees PayPal or your bank charge you to receive, convert or withdraw money are yours.
- You are responsible for giving correct PayPal details. We are not responsible for money sent to the PayPal email you entered. If a payout is returned or can't be completed, the amount goes back to your ready balance until you fix your details.
- If we can't pay you. Sometimes we owe you money we can't send, for example because you haven't given us a PayPal email or tax information, PayPal can't pay your account, or we can't reach you after your participation ends (an "unpaid amount"). We keep the unpaid amount on your account, show it in your dashboard, and remind you there and, once we offer email notices, by email. If you give us what's needed, we pay it with the next payout run. If it still can't be paid, we handle it as unclaimed-property law requires, which may mean reporting it and sending it to a state unclaimed-property office, where you can claim it. If no such law applies, it stays owed to you and we pay it if you contact us. We never cancel an unpaid amount just because time has passed.
- We may deduct from any payout what you owe us under these terms (for example refunded commissions or overpayments).
- The amounts in your dashboard are estimates until paid. Our payout records are final, except for clear errors.
8. Taxes
- You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on what you earn.
- US persons must give accurate tax information, and those paid US$2,000 or more by us in a calendar year (or the threshold the law sets at the time) must give us a Form W-9. We will issue any required tax forms, such as Form 1099. People who aren't US persons may be asked for a Form W-8BEN or similar.
- If you are registered for VAT, GST or a similar tax, the commission includes any such tax, and you are responsible for accounting for it (for example under the reverse-charge rules).
- If the law requires us to withhold tax, we will withhold it from your payout. We may delay payment until we receive the tax information we need.
9. Promotion rules
When you promote Pillarpip you must:
- Disclose clearly. Every post, video, stream or bio that contains your link or promotes Pillarpip must clearly say that you earn from it (for example "#ad", "sponsored" or "I earn from this link"), in a way people will notice. This includes the US FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws in the UK (ASA/CAP), the EU, Canada, Australia and Japan.
- Be honest. Only say true things about the game. Don't promise prizes, rewards, discounts, free coins or features we don't offer.
- Never say players can earn money by playing Pillarpip or by buying anything in it.
- Not target children. Don't aim your promotion at people under 13 (or under the minimum age in their country), and never encourage minors to make purchases.
- Follow every platform's rules, including Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and app stores, and all laws that apply to you, including advertising, spam and privacy laws.
You must not:
- send spam or unsolicited messages, mass-post your link in groups, comments or chats, or use bots, scripts or fake accounts;
- buy through your own link, ask friends or family to, or pay, reward, refund or give anything to people to click, play or buy (including cash-back or sharing your commission);
- create fake or misleading traffic, clicks or purchases, or interfere with how we track players;
- pretend to be Pillarpip, Reshvita or an official account, or suggest we endorse you beyond this Program;
- bid on "Pillarpip" or similar terms in search or social ads, or register domains, usernames, groups or channels that use the Pillarpip name;
- place your link next to content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- sell, trade or give away game accounts, items or coins, or promote cheats, hacks or exploits.
10. Using the Pillarpip name and content
While you are in the Program and follow these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Pillarpip name, logo, screenshots and your own gameplay footage, only to promote Pillarpip with your link. You must not change the logo, or use any of it in a way that is misleading or harms Pillarpip's reputation. We own all rights in Pillarpip and its content; nothing in these terms gives you any other rights. If we ask you to change or remove something that uses our name or content, you must do so within 5 days. This permission ends when your participation ends. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without payment.
11. Your content
You own your content and are fully responsible for it, including getting any music, footage or other rights it needs. We don't review or approve your content and are not responsible for it. If you break these terms, we may ask you to remove content that mentions Pillarpip.
12. Fraud and enforcement
If we reasonably believe you broke these terms, gave us false information, or that commissions came from fraud or abuse, we may do any of these: hold or cancel the affected commissions; extend holds under section 6; pause, block or close your account; recover amounts already paid; and report illegal activity to the relevant platforms or authorities. If we close your account under this section, we still pay valid commissions that aren't connected to the breach, in a Final Payout under section 16, after taking off anything you owe us, including our reasonable, actual losses caused by the breach (for example chargeback fees and refunded purchases). We will tell you what we did and why through your dashboard (and, once we offer email notices, by email), at the latest when it takes effect, unless the law stops us or telling you would help ongoing fraud. You can ask us to look again by writing to the contact below; we aim to reply within 30 days.
13. Sanctions and the law
The Program is void where prohibited. We will not make any payment, and you may not take part, if doing so would break any law that applies to us, including US sanctions and export laws. We check the country you declare and the country your connection comes from. If anything suggests you are outside the Program's countries, we may pause payouts until we confirm your eligibility. If you move to, or are found to be in, a country or situation outside the Program, you must stop taking part and tell us; we will close your account, and we may withhold earnings where the law requires us to.
14. Privacy
Our Creator privacy notice explains what information we collect and how we use it. You will never see who your players are, and you must not try to identify them. If you handle anyone else's personal information while promoting Pillarpip, you are responsible for following privacy law.
15. Changes
- We may change the commission rate, the dollar value per Star (to reflect what we actually receive), the attribution period, the hold period, the minimum payout, the list of countries or eligible purchases, or these terms.
- Changes to the settings in your dashboard apply only to purchases recorded after the change. Commission already recorded on your account is never reduced by a change, except under sections 6 and 12.
- When we change these terms or the settings in your dashboard, we will post the change on this page with a new date and show a notice in your dashboard (and, once we offer email notices, email your account email). Changes take effect 15 days after we give that notice, except changes required by law or made to stop fraud or abuse, which may take effect right away.
- No change can end the Program, or have the same effect, with less notice than section 16 gives. That includes setting the commission rate to 0%, removing all eligible purchases, or closing the Program to all creators' countries.
- If you don't agree with a change, you can leave as section 16 explains. Continuing to take part after a change takes effect means you accept it.
16. Ending participation
If you leave.
- You can leave at any time (except while your account is on hold under section 12) with "Leave the Program" in your dashboard. From that moment your links stop counting, no new commission is recorded, and you must stop promoting with your link.
- Commission already recorded on your account stays yours. Each one finishes its hold period as usual. Any ready balance at or above the minimum payout keeps being paid in the normal monthly payouts.
- Once every commission on your account is ready (normally within 30 days; longer only if a hold is extended under section 6), we send whatever is left in one Final Payout, with no minimum, within 60 days, or once the checks in section 7 are done if that is later. Keep your PayPal email and tax information complete.
- Until your Final Payout is sent, you can still log in to see your earnings and update your PayPal and tax details, and nothing else.
- We delete your personal details as our Creator privacy notice explains: most of them when your Final Payout is sent (or straight away if nothing is owed to you), and the few we need to deal with late refunds or chargebacks once that 180-day period ends. We keep records the law requires.
- If we can't send your Final Payout, section 7 ("If we can't pay you") applies.
If we close your account.
- We may close your account under sections 2, 12 or 13. We may also close it for another reason by giving you at least 30 days' notice in your dashboard (and, once we offer email notices, by email), with the reason. In that case everything under "If you leave" applies, from the day your account closes. If we close it for your breach, section 12 decides what is paid.
If we end the whole Program.
- We may end the Program for everyone. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice of the date it ends (the "End Date"). We will post it on this page and on the Program page and show it in your dashboard (and, once we offer email notices, email your account email). We may stop new sign-ups once we announce it.
- Your links keep counting and earning until the End Date. After the End Date, no new commission is recorded.
- Commission recorded up to the End Date finishes its hold period as usual. Once it is ready, we pay everything you are owed in a Final Payout, with no minimum, within 60 days, or once the checks in section 7 are done if that is later. If we can't send it, section 7 ("If we can't pay you") applies.
- We may give shorter notice, or none, only when: the law, a regulator or a court requires it; sanctions require it; a payment or platform provider we depend on (such as PayPal, Telegram, Stripe, Apple or Google) stops providing its service to us or to the game; or the game itself has to shut down for reasons outside our reasonable control. In those cases we will give as much notice as we reasonably can, and we will still pay valid commissions as described above. If we can no longer pay through PayPal, we will offer another reasonable way to pay you.
- Fraud or abuse by individual creators is dealt with under section 12. It is not a reason for shorter notice.
After participation ends.
- When your participation ends (or the Program ends), you must stop using the Pillarpip name and content as an affiliate, and sections 6, 7 (for amounts still owed either way), 8, 10 (last two sentences), 11, 12, 14, 16 and 17-23 continue to apply.
17. No guarantees
We don't promise any level of earnings, players or traffic. We may end the Program, but only as section 16 explains. Pillarpip, the Program, your dashboard and our tracking are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that they will be error-free or uninterrupted, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not responsible for outages or decisions by Telegram, PayPal, Cloudflare, Google or any other third party. We may run other promotions, partner with other creators, or change the game at any time. If we stop the game, section 16 applies to the Program.
18. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or opportunities; and (b) our total liability to you for everything related to the Program is limited to the commission paid or owed to you under these terms in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. These limits apply whatever the legal theory. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These limits never reduce valid commission we owe you under these terms.
19. Your promise to cover us
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Reshvita and its owners against any claims, losses, fines, penalties, costs and reasonable legal fees that come from your content, your promotion, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or anyone else's rights.
20. Independent parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer. You can't make promises, sign anything or speak on our behalf. You decide how, when and where you promote, within these terms, and you pay your own costs.
21. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
- If you have a problem, write to us first and give us 30 days to try to solve it.
- If it isn't solved, any dispute must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court where it qualifies.
- To the extent the law allows, claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action, and must be brought within one year after they arise.
- If mandatory law in your country gives you rights that these terms can't take away, those rights still apply.
22. General
- Notices. We give notices by posting them in your dashboard or on this page, or by replying to an email you send us, and, once we offer email notices, by emailing your account email. An email notice counts as given when we send it to your account email. You give notices by emailing the contact below. You agree to receive notices electronically.
- Assignment. You can't transfer these terms or your account. We may transfer them to a company we own or control, or to a buyer of Pillarpip. We will only do that if the new owner agrees to take over our duties to you under these terms, including paying commission already recorded, or if we pay you what we owe first.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be applied as far as possible, and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- Events beyond control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, disasters or changes in law. Such an event may delay a payment, but it doesn't cancel valid commission we owe you.
- Language. These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version controls.
- Records. We keep a record of the version you accepted and when.
